The DCS 50 is Synova’s most compact machine system for diamond cutting. This 3-axis machine is designed for cutting pointers (0.1 to 1.5 carats). The DCS 50, with two additional rotational axes, also enables high-precision tapering, blocking and shaping of advanced cuts.

The machine uses linearly motor-driven X, Y and Z axes (DCS 50-3), with additional B and C rotational axes that enable precision machining of diamonds, such as blocking and shaping (DCS 50-5).
The advanced CNC machine system is equipped with a high-performance green laser, a compact high-pressure water pump with an ultra-pure water system, a touchscreen control panel and a vision system with a motorised zoom.
